Ellen is General Manager Business Development. Since 2017, she has been responsible for growth, business development and marketing and provides oversight and direction on market opportunities to support the Nextt strategic plan.

Ellen started with Nextt 2013 when she first trialled NDIS services for Nextt at Barwon. Since then, she has increased Nextt’s geographical coverage and introduced many different service offerings including a portfolio of Supported Independent Living options.

Ellen has over 20 years’ experience in the community service and disability sector in both not for profit and government roles including the Department of Human Services and Centrelink. With both social work and business management qualifications she has a strong understanding of the sector. 

Ellen is passionate about developing new opportunities that assist people with disability get more out of life.
