Since 2016, Natalie has lead and implemented a significant portfolio of systemic change initiatives impacting whole of organisational needs to support growth and deliver reliable, scalable and secure platforms for our growing workforce.
Prior to Nextt, Natalie has had over 20 years´ experience in senior operational and leadership roles across numerous sectors, corporate and not for profit organisations, including Head of Customer Service at Transurban and Head of Support Services at World Vision Australia.
Natalie´s focus on Customer Journey and the importance of understanding what´s important to our clients and participants to deliver on their expectations and outcomes, inspires the program of works to build and deliver the right systems to enable our front facing teams to be their best.
